Jeznick's first 'demo' available July 1999, this official recording, entitled "tired" is a collection of live recordings the band has selected as some of their personal favorites. "My favorite is the last one," sax player Gavin Hurley recalls. "This song began as a complete improvisation. We actually were ending another song and Nicky started banging her strings and strumming harmonics. I picked up on the key and made up a melody. Mark starts responding, then Roger comes in. Right there, we wrote a song on stage. Later, in the studio, we named the song 'Watch It Go By.' It's a great example of our improvisational style."

Tired was collected from three separate performances at Baltimore's Eight By Ten nightclub. The recordings were mastered at Manor House Records in Maryland. To reserve your copy, speak to us.
